Story: A CD-ROM for Lille’s Office of Tourism was used to attract visitors to this new, technology-infused European Mecca. Lille, the biggest and arguably the most beautiful city in Northern France, has awakened from a century of industrial production. A city thousands of years old has become a new dynamic European hub.
